What is Emily?

Emily is an Android messaging project built around personal conversations, thoughtful controls, and encrypted messaging. This website introduces the app and explains how its features work.

Can I download Emily now?

Yes. Use the Download Android APK button to get the preview version. It supports ARM64 phones running Android 7.0 or later. Android may ask you to allow installation from your browser or file manager.

Does Emily work on iPhone or desktop?

The current focus is Android. An iPhone or desktop download is not offered here.

Are all the features already available?

The features page separates functionality in the development version from work still in progress. Availability may change between app versions.

Can I switch the website language?

Yes. Choose Arabic or English when you first visit, then use the language button in the header whenever you like. Your choice is remembered on this browser when local storage is available.
